Backstory:
Takumi was born and raised for most of his life in Hokkaido. He grew up in a young, happy family and never felt anything like loneliness. He has a little brother and two even younger sisters. When he was little, he was always loved the way his mother sang, both when she was cleaning or putting him to bed, and it had inspired him to go about a musical career. When he asked his parents to get vocal training at the age of 12, they couldn’t refuse. At least, his mother couldn’t and father was quite a pushover. Either or, he was vocally trained for 5 years until his dad announced they would be moving to Tokyo. His brother had feeling really sick lately, and the doctors at the hospital transfered him over to a hospital in Tokyo, to which his parents couldn't afford to drive from where they lived to Tokyo everyday. Takumi, however, was perfectly okay with the move, despite being away from his best friend.

As they got settled into their new home, and as they got their first hospital bill, they had to talk to Takumi about his singing lessons. They wouldn't be able to find a coach for him, not because there weren't any since that would've been a lie, but because they just couldn't afford one. Of course, wherever school his parents enrolled him would have a choir, but he would mostly just sing rather than learn. Back then, he believed he already knew things like this would happen, yet he was still dumbstruck. He then decided that he would stop singing in a choir and go into journalism instead, since he half wanted to be a writer.

A couple of weeks later, he and his mother went back to Hokkaido to get the last of their possessions. His aunt/godmother had a letter addressed to him that was sent to their old house shortly after they moved. It was from a school that's name sounded slightly familiar, asking him to join on a scholarship for singing. Feeling a bit skeptical, and curious, he did a bit of research and found that it was a school known for being of the arts. Honestly, he thought it was too good to be true and was still a bit skeptical about going. After days and hours of deciding, he chose to go. Since where they lived was all the way across town, and they really didn't have the money to send him on the subway everyday, they just decided that it would be best for him to stay in the dorms. He was, and still is, worried about being away from his family, but pushed away the worried thoughts.

"Gotta look forward to the future, so stop worrying so much!"

Extra:
-When he gets older, he grows slightly to 5'4
-His mom is 5'1 and his dad is 5'5, so yeah, that's why he's so small
-He doodles swirly/abstract designs all over his math notes
-His favorite color is blue
-He reaaally hates bugs, spiders are his least favorite
-He is beginning to re-learn how to play piano kinda
-His little brother has brainstem glioma and is going to pass soon
-He's actually not a momma's or a father's boy, he's equally attached to both his parents
-His little sisters are both little shits
